We will give you a window of 1 hour in which your cleaner will arrive.

How does Cleanzy work?

Cleanzy is an online platform for experienced cleaners. Each cleaner is interviewed in-person, background-checked, and are English speaking.
We have a dedicated online member login area for all customers so that you can easily book new visits, reschedule existing visits and edit your cleaning preferences with the simple click of a button. We also provide online booking and payment which also includes a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Can my cleaner clean whilst I'm out?

All Cleanzy cleaners go through a 4 step vetting process, so they can be thoroughly trusted in your property. If you are not going to be there while your cleaner is there, please let us know in your booking notes or give us a call with details of where you will be leaving the key.

How do I book?

Just click on one of our book now symbols on our page to be taken straight to the page. You can book our services within 60 seconds and even less for regular customers.

Why does Cleanzy arrange a call before the first clean?

All cleans are different so we make sure we call all customers before your visit to discuss your specific cleaning requirements and if necessary, key arrangements.

Can Cleanzy provide vacuums or mops?

No, unfortunately not.

How does pricing work?

We charge £16 per hour, per cleaner, for both domestic and commercial cleans.
We charge £13 per hour, per cleaner, for both domestic and commercial cleans (subject to a minimum 2 month contract)

Which areas do you cover?

We cover all of the Kent area

Is there anything cleaners cannot do?

  • Deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans and after build cleans
  • Lifting heavy item over 25lbs
  • Dusting and vacuuming of surfaces outside of normal reach
  • Cleaning outside of windows
  • Cleaning pet messes and heavily soiled areas
  • Cleaning of mold and biohazardous material
  • Deep stain removal
  • Landscaping and/or yard work
  • Garages and patios
  • Extermination (insects, etc)

How does insurance work?

If you feel that your cleaner has caused any damage/breakage during your clean, you need to inform us within 48 hours of your cleaner’s visit for us to help.
Your cleaner is a self-employed contractor and may have their own insurance to cover such incidents.
Please provide proof of damage, including photos & full details of the damage/breakage. We will then liaise with your cleaner on your behalf to confirm whether they are responsible for the breakage, and if so, ask them to cover the cost.
Your cleaner would not cover the cost of general wear and tear caused by normal cleaning.
If you cannot resolve it with your cleaner we recommend that you contact your insurer to see if you can claim through them.
Our insurance policy covers fire or serious injury, but does not cover damages or breakages.

How do I become a Cleaner?

Can I reschedule or cancel my clean?

Yes, please see login to your member account. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the full charge will still apply.

How do you background-check cleaners?

All cleaners are background checked by our approved third party provider. This check covers three aspects: ID check, right to work check and a basic criminal record check. We carry out interviews face to face and our cleaners must maintain consistently high ratings to remain on our platform.

Can I book a regular monthly clean with the same cleaner?

No. You can only schedule a weekly or fortnightly regular clean.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

All payments are made via card through the website. We use a secure payment provider (Stripe) and we can never view your card details.

Is my cleaner okay with pets?

Yes, we ensure all of our cleaners are comfortable with pets prior to sending them out to customers.

Will I always have the same cleaner?

We aim to provide you with the same cleaner and unless they are ill, on holiday or if you request a change of cleaner we can provide you with a new one.

What cleaning products do I need to provide for my cleaner?

All customers need to provide a mop, toilet brush and vacuum.
We charge £7.50 per visit for our cleaners to bring their own products. If you prefer to supply your own products, please ensure you have the following:
